We’ll do a full survey

• We send a qualified surveyor to you home
• He does a full survey of your home to ensure that the internal insulation products that you have chosen are cut to measure. This is very important for perfect fitment
• He will take photographs and check for the presence of asbestos
• He makes a list of the equipment that the installers will need to access the roof and to complete the job
• The surveyor will confirm the products that you have chosen and will have one last chance to make changes. Be aware that it may affect the cost.
• We start to manufacture or cut your roof components
• All of this careful planning ensures that that the installation is completed quickly with no trouble to you.

We manufacture your internal insulation

• Our professional surveyors will process all of the components required to fully insulate your conservatory.
• We ensure that all condensation risks have been considered and adequate ventilation has been catered for within our design.
• All the UPVC components are manufactured in Britain and specified for individual conservatories.
• All the components are prepared and if required manufactured so that they are ready for our streamlined installation to commence.

The internal insulation is fitted

• When all the components are completed we will contact you for a convenient date to install your internal insulation.
• On the allotted day our installation team will arrive with all the access equipment that they require and with all of the safety equipment that they need.
• If asbestos is present an HSE licensed contractor will remove it safely and dispose of it in acceptable manner.
• All your internal insulation products will be expertly installed and fitted ensuring that the roof is watertight.
• You check and sign off the installation
• We remove your old roof products and dispose of or recycle them.
• We leave your home in the condition that we found it.

You pay us

• We only expect full payment on completion of the job. When we have finished the task to your satisfaction we will collect payment from you. We are confident that you’ll love our workmanship.

• All our aluminium and UPVC products are covered by a ten-year guarantee.
• We’re confident that you’ll be totally happy with our product over the guarantee period but if something should go wrong we’ll fix it for you as quickly as possible with as little trouble to you as we can manage.
